    Steers only. Bring your steer for official tagging between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM. This is the only tagging day for steers.

    Stalls & Show Ring Setup — Volunteers Needed
    All hands welcome. Come help set up stalls and the show ring the evening before weigh-in.

    Livestock Sale / Auction
    The big day. Bidding starts at 10:00 AM and runs until the last animal is sold. Buyers — pre-register and we will have your buyer card ready at the registration desk.

    Cleanup & Tear-Down — Volunteers Needed
    Starts as soon as the sale ends — the auction runs until the last animal is sold, so there is no set time. All exhibitors are expected to stay and help, and extra hands are always welcome. Lamb exhibitors clean their own stalls.
